These past two weeks I got to do a bit of travel for work and the food was so amazing. Here is but a sampling.
Myanmar foods have some interesting smells but always contain some green vegetables, pickled items, curried meats, rice and noodles. It’s a mashup of Chinese, Indian and Thai influence. Yes, that is a chicken tree.
On my last night in Switzerland, we got a little taste of Italy. I went with pizza because pizza is forever bae.
Some of the meals were also made by students. The school I visited was not a culinary school, but they did a really good job preparing the meals.
The Swiss experience: Fondue, raclette, merengue, double-clotted cream (sounds gross) and raspberries.
